| Abstract: | 詮釋學與批判理論基本上是一種以主體為主的研究途徑，一方面強調主體的溝通以增進瞭解，另方面強調從自我批判反省中獲得自主與責任，理論與實際既是啟蒙的，又有教育性的關係；實證論則是以客體為主的研究途徑，強調客觀的解釋與預測以控制社會現象，故理論與實際是一種工具性關係。不同的理論與實際的關係又對實際行政、組織理論與政策分析產生不同的影響。 |
