Abstract: | 本研究以在2013年分別由Ghamrawi以及Newton、Riveros與daCosta等兩個研究團隊所研發的教師領導模型為藍圖,探討教師領導內涵以及教師領導對教師職涯發展的影響,並據此提出一可行的教師領導新模式。在教師領導內涵部分,本文剖析教師領導的背景、教師領導的定義、教師領導之教師角色定位與教師領導的功能與成效。在教師領導與教師職涯發展上,本文分析從事教師領導的教師可從教學、專業知能以及行政與領導能力重新思考其在學校內的定位以及自我的生涯規劃。在結合上述的要旨與我國發展現況後,本文提出一教師領導的新式模型,內涵包括來自學校經營階層的信任、充分的專業支持系統以及具備維持和參與專業社群的社群技術等要素。This paper explores a new model of teacher leadership based on the studies developed from Ghamrawi and Newton, Riveros & da Costa respectively, with demonstrating the background, meaning, role playing, and functions of teacher leadership. The new model stresses on three main pillars of making teacher leadership: trust and authorization from the school governing body, sufficient support from varies of professions, and equipped with communication skill of Internet. |
