| Abstract: | 2010 年8 月16 日，美國國防部向國會提交《2010 年中共軍力報告書》（Annual Report to Congress: Military and Security Developments Involving the People’s Republic of China, 2010，以下簡稱《報告書》）。本次《報告書》共分為六章與兩個附錄，分別是第一章關於2009 年以來中共軍力與其周邊，特別是臺灣海峽地區戰略局勢的新發展，第二章關於中共當前軍事戰略的分析，第三章針對中共軍力現代化的目標與其趨勢，第四章探討中共軍力現代化背後支撐力量的軍事工業以及軍費支出的發展和未來趨勢，第五章專門針對臺海局勢進行分析，最後第六章則是2009 年美中軍事交流的研究。正文之後的附錄一是關於兩岸軍事力量對比的統計資料，附錄二則是2009 年美中各種軍事交流的紀錄。 |
